NOTE:
* The camera needs to be connected to the computer and turned on.
* The media that contains the pictures to transfer is installed in the camera.
1. On the desktop, click Start and then click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, click the Printers and Other Hardware icon.
3. Under or Pick a Control Panel icon, double-click the Scanners and Cameras icon.
4. In the Scanners and Cameras window, double click the Sony Digital Still Camera icon.
5. In the Scanner and Camera Wizard window, click the Next button.
6. Under Choose Pictures to Copy, click to select the desired images to copy.
NOTE: Selected images will be marked with a green check mark.
7. Click the Next button.
8. Under Picture Name and Destination, under Type a name for this group of pictures, type a name for the folder where the pictures will be stored.
NOTE: The location under Choose a place to save this group of pictures will automatically add the new folder name that was just entered.
9. Click the Next button.
10. Under Copying Pictures, the images are now being copied to the computer.
11. After all images have transferred, under Other Options, click to select Nothing, I'm finished working with these pictures, and then click the Next button.
12. Under Completing the Scanner and Camera Wizard, click the Finish button to display the images that were transferred.

Camera and Scanner Wizard in the Microsoft Windows XP operating system does not start when attempting to transfer images from the camera.
